Xbox Kinect body scan and the new Pixar Disney game: Kinect Rush

What if your TV automatically can detect your toddler or 10 year old is watching an inappropriate show or video game ? What if the age of the viewer or player can automatically be scanned by the TV or game system? That would make parental controls much easier and fool proof. In this age of ever-increasing multimedia where parental controls are just not enough to keep ‘bad stuff’ off your living room, this automatic ability to detect the age of the viewers or players seems very promising to me. Xbox Kinect launched ‘Kinect Body Scan’ technology that promises to do exactly the same.

The added bonus for your kiddie Kinect gamers is that the body scan also makes their gaming experience much better by accurately identifying where they are and how big/small they are.

Disney Pixar’s new upcoming game called ” Kinect Rush” seems to be doing a great job of using the Kinect body scan. Take a look at the preview. Enjoy
